		<description>While I agree entirely that 14 days is better characterized as "arbitrary" rather than "nuanced", I do think that way too often in such debates nuance is often lacking on both sides.  Unfortunately, there are many who simply assign "nuance" as a descriptor for their own incomprehensible position, rather than trying to make actual, intelligent, nuanced distinctions.</description>
